Calculate the Slope and intercept of a Linear Line Using Formulas or a Graph In Microsoft Excel!
In this tutorial I show you how you can calculate the slope and intercept of a linear line in Microsoft Excel with both formulas and a graph! Using formulas you can actually use the SLOPE function to calculate the slope, and the INTERCEPT function to calculate the intercept. Using graphs, you can highlight the data and insert a simple line chart. From there, add a trendline and insert the equation to the trendline on the graph.
