in this video tutorial will show you how to hard reset LG-H990ds LG V20 WIth Soft Key
1-Back up all data on the internal memory.
2-Turn off the device.
3-Press and hold the Power and Volume down key.
4-When the appearsLG logo quickly release and then re-hold the Power button
5-use volume down key to select yes
6-Press the Power button to confirm.
7- then press again volume down key to select yes
8-press the power button to confirm
9- When prompted to "Erase all user data and restore default settings," use the Volume down button to highlight Yes.
Press the Power button to reset the device.
