In this video I run a Raspberry Pi zero and 7” touchscreen of a powerbank making this a pi tablet :) .
To make it fully usable you need do some extra stuff. You need a keyboard, usb hub, and a usb adapter micro usb adapter. The resolution is full HD on the 7 inch touch screen and lowering it makes it more usable :) .
I have been wanting to do a raspberry pi tablet build for a while and this is definitely a start.
