How to Pan and Resize Video Over Time - Ken Burns in Premiere Pro CC 2014
A question came up - can you pan and resize 4K video inside a 1080p sequence in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014. The answer is yes - I do it all the time. I use this method to re-frame video and create panning and zooming effects with 4K video I shoot with the GoPro Hero3+.
