https://cnfl.io/data-pipelines-module-5 | Data in an Apache Kafka® topic can be modeled as a stream of unbounded events, and also as a table of state. For each event in the Kafka topic, the latest value for each key is held in a table. In this course, Tim Berglund (Senior Director of Developer Experience, Confluent) demonstrates the concept of turning a stream into a table and then shows how that table can be used as a lookup table to which another stream of events can be joined, creating an enriched event.
