Community rallies to protest social services cuts
Washington lawmakers head back to work Monday to try and hammer out a budget and save dozens of programs. Some of the proposed cuts hit the most vulnerable in our state and some agencies say its simply unacceptable. KXLY4's Anusha Roy reports.
