Furnace Flame Sensor Testing and Flame Rectification Troubleshooting!
In this HVAC video, we go over the Testing of the Flame Sensor and Step by Step Troubleshooting Processes of the Flame Rectification Process. I go over where the problem could be, why it may be intermittent, how to test the grounding circuit, where to check for DC micro amp readings as well as resistance readings. Supervision is needed by a licensed HVACR Tech while performing tasks as Experience and Apprenticeship garners Wisdom and Safety.
