Some days it just seems that you are constantly having to justify your data program. Or perhaps just trying to convince management that you need a data program and not a data project. You need to sell the concept to executives capable of championing (or in the case of required lobotomies) selling to the board, who will in turn kick management in the pants. As a community, data folks have developed some common stories that can be used to sway reluctant comrades. The stories are presented as a series of dialogues that can be used to help internally.
