The built-in microphone in the camera is not enough to record high-quality sound in the video.
You need to use an external microphone. One option is a radio system. That is, a wireless microphone.
This solution has its advantages - you can move further away from the camera. But there are also disadvantages - a stable connection is not always guaranteed.
The second solution is to use an external voice recorder. In this case, the sound is recorded to the recorder, and the video to your camera. Then, during editing, the audio and video must be "synchronized". That is, set the tracks so that the sound matches the video. Clap is often used for synchronization. Clap video in video and is well audible (and visible) on the audio track. But this method of synchronization is not suitable if the camera or dictaphone turned off during the recording. Then each piece of video and sound needs to be synchronized separately.
The way out is to use timecode synchronization.

The problem with most (to be honest, everyone except this one) is that if you set the sensitivity incorrectly, your recording will be ruined.
And the second problem is that if you record sound separately from video to a recorder, then it is not always easy to synchronize video and audio.
