This is episode 66 of my unreal engine 4 beginner tutorial series, in today's episode we look at how we can create a simple save game setup allowing us to save & load variables which can be used for persistently storing things like progress in a level, player XP, level or more.
In this video we go over a very simple practical example where we just record the number of clicks and save it to our savegame blueprint!
All information/Variables saved and loaded this way will persist and be shown even when the player closes their game.
Make sure you watch the next few videos showing how to create particle systems from the ground up!
