Grab your ST Link v2 thingy and let's get programming the ARM Cortex chip that runs the whole show. This took me a day - not because it's hard (because it's really easy) but because of having a couple of chips backwards. So, check your chips people, and then check them again as the trouble they cause can infect all sorts of things in all sorts of places.
