Repairing Rear Wheel Cylinder of Volkswagen Vento.
Hi, friends Welcome back to my Youtube Channel, Today we are dealing with a 2013 Vento 1.6 TDI
The customer complained that the brakes are not working, all the lights in the cluster meter were ON.
The ABS light was ON, the Brake system lights were on, the Check Engine Light was on.
After diagnosing we suspected oil leakage from the rear right tire.
After removing the tire and opening the cylinder we found a massive amount of oil resting inside the cylinder, the piston of the wheel cylinder was damaged badly, we replaced the piston only, cleaned the system with diesel, and then washed it with detergent, reinstalled the Brakes, Refilled the Brake oil, bleeded the air from the System and the Car was finally good to go.
