I continue to master the lathe and its development begins with the cutters. Of course, you can buy any cutters for various types of work and even for turning individual types of wood. However, their prices are so high that it costs a lot of money to buy the most necessary kit. Therefore, I decided first to experiment with different types and types of incisors, including homemade ones, and determine what I really need. In today's video, I will do, or rather show, the manufacture of turning tools with replaceable carbide plates with my own hands. This is my first experience and my video is not a tutorial. I noticed that a number of bloggers show videos with turning with just such cutters. Therefore, I decided to purchase several types of plates, which differ in shape and size, and of course in price.
