Introduction to Schematics

Schematics is a new scaffolding library that will be used by the Angular CLI and other tools to generate custom templates. Come see this early look and introduction to schematics programming, where I will show how to create and test simple schematics, and discuss the future of the project in the Angular CLI.

Bio:

Hans is a software engineer at Google on the Angular team and was previously at Slack. He's the owner of the Angular CLI and works everyday to help make it easier for everyone to create Angular applications.

Angular and Deep Learning

This presentation introduces Deep Learning (DL) concepts, such as neural neworks, backprop, activation functions, and Convolutional Neural Networks, followed by an Angular application that uses TypeScript in order to replicate the Tensorflow playground.

Bio:

Oswald is a former PhD Candidate (ABD) in Mathematics, an education junkie (6 degrees), and an author of 17 technical books (including Angular). He has worked for Oracle, AAA, and Just Systems of Japan, along with various startups. In a previous career he worked in South America, Italy, and the French Riviera, and has also traveled to 70 countries. He has worked from C/C++/Java developer to CTO, comfortable in 4 languages, and wants to become fluent in Japanese. Currently he is a consultant and provides training in Android, Angular, and Deep Learning.
