One night, the town is glowing with torch fire. The animals learn from Louie that the folks are celebrating the Torch Festival that originates from a beautiful legend.
Long long ago, there were two men with incredible strength. One lived in heaven, known as Atti, and the other lived on earth, named Laba. They had a strength competition. Laba the earthling gained victory over Atti the immortal. The ruthless deity, Gutz, learned about their competition and regarded Laba’s victory as an insult to heavenly supremacy. So he sent an army of locusts to wreck havoc on the village Laba lived. In the end, Laba joined forces with Atti and together they killed all the locusts and defeated Gutz.
From then on, people commemorate the two heroes by celebrating the Torch Festival.
