Auto-resize the text box in After Effects with no expressions!
📎Click on your timeline and create a New Text Layer.
📎Write down the text.
📎Go to Effects and apply Fill and CC RepeTile.
📎In CC RepeTile, set all Expand properties to 50.
📎Use the Shift Channels effect and set the Take Alpha From-Full On.
📎Add the CC Composite effect.
📎Get back to the Fill effect properties and set the color you need.
As you can see, now your text gets the auto text box with no expressions used!
