11 inches by 18 inches Rubber Band Powered Car

Yassmin Elmouzaieg wants a rubber band car 11 in wide and 18 in length, which is no challenge as any of my cars could be resized to fit so I thought I would make one without using any glue. Just Cardboard, CDs, bbq skewers, drinking straws, sticky tape, rubber bands and string.
