Welcome to our latest review of the Poco C65, a budget smartphone that promises a lot for its price.
The Poco C65 comes in a modest package with only a USB cable and a 10W charger. If you want to maximize the C65's charging potential, you'll need to get an 18W charger. The phone feels big, wide, tall, and weighs nearly 200 grams. It justifies its size with a big display and a 5,000mAh battery.
The 6.74-inch IPS LCD has a maximum refresh rate of 90Hz. However, the 720x1600px resolution seems stretched thin on such a large panel. It runs on Android 13 with MIUI 14 for POCO, controlled by the robust Mediatek MT6769Z Helio G85.
The Poco C65 boasts a 50MP main camera, complemented by a 2MP macro lens. It offers a generous 128GB or 256GB of internal storage, expandable via microSDXC.
Despite these features, the Poco C65 is not without its drawbacks. The Helio G85 chipset isn't the fastest nor most efficient chip around. We'll be paying extra attention to the C65's battery life and performance in our full review.
