The Russian traveler Sergei Vertelov continues to explore the villages located in the valley of the Kali Gandaki River right on the border of the Lower and Upper Mustang (Nepal). This time he enters the ancient town of Jharkot where he will explore the main Buddhist monastery and will meet its abbot, a Tibetan lama from the Shakya-Pa sect, who will show him a very ancient local shrine - the golden statue of Buddha Shakyamuni.
