On Wednesday, March 23rd, the Center for Digital Strategies convened a panel of tech sector leaders with deep expertise at distributed organizations to discuss how to best manage teams and organizations in a remote-first world.
The COVID-19 pandemic forced many companies to rapidly shift to remote work. While many companies feared a drop in workforce productivity, data show the opposite – workers were more productive and, in many cases, happier. But working remotely, and especially managing remote teams, isn’t easy.
