Wheeme Robotic Back Massager, A Robot with Purpose at CES 2013!

Wheeme aren't the nicest people but I went forth and decided to shoot the little robot that seems to have an ultrasonic sensor that can detect when it might fall off of the body. This wouldn't be difficult to build, especially if you purchased the Zumo Bot from Pololu.com and got an Ultrasonic sensor to add to it.
