Flour - 150 g
Cocoa - 50 g
Sugar - 160 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Salt - 1 pinch
Butter 72% - 100 g
Egg C0 - 2 pcs.
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Powdered sugar
1. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, cocoa with soft butter, add eggs, flour and baking powder, stir until smooth.
2. Put in the freezer for 1 hour. The dough must harden so that balls weighing 25-30 grams can be rolled from it.
3. Dip the balls in powdered sugar. Place on parchment or silicone mat, leaving a distance between balls, as they will increase in size when baked. 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
