To explain this better, I use the Kübler-Ross Change Curve. It is incredible to believe that a tool created almost 55 years ago is still absolutely valid today! 🤩
One thing we must remember is that managing change isn't just about implementing new processes or systems. It's about understanding the human aspect and the psychological journey that everyone goes through during a change.
That is why I break down the stages of the Change Curve and provide actionable insights to help make the process more effective and less stressful. 🎯
Change is inevitable, and probably the only permanent thing we know is change. However, how we manage it can make all the difference between success and failure. Understanding the emotional journey of change is key to leading with empathy and ensuring a smoother transition.
