So, in October, we published 6 new lessons: 2 lectures, 3 demonstrations, and 1 exercise.
In November, these are our planned topics:

Squash and Stretch
Our way of teaching is adaptive, meaning we adapt to the student's needs. So there's a chance that the planned topics could be modified for the specific month. We are constantly listening and observing the progress of the students. So if we see that students struggle in a particular area, then we could make a follow-up lesson on that, and that could potentially change the overall schedule of the planned lessons.
