Conformity can be a creativity killer. 🛑
I have seen many times that we, working on projects, get stuck in routines.
Routine is great, but it stops us from thinking differently. It limits our ideas for defining scope, evaluating risks, and managing different stakeholder’s interests.
It is critical to challenge this concept of conformity, as it opens the door to new ideas and innovative solutions. 💡
Conformity brings a massive “comfort zone,” and we must start challenging conformity by doing small things. We can dress a little differently for our next dinner, take a new route to work, try using different software or tools, watch a different type of video when using YouTube, etc.
Just change your routine! Challenge yourself.
How do you expect to identify new risks if you always do everything the same way? The list will be always the same. 😃
