Reasons on Winner:
The reason why Cartoon Man won this fight is because Cartoon Cat underestimated him as a regular human opponent. Cartoon man has many supernatural powers along with enchanted speed, strength, and healing. Which is why he was able to combat Cartoon Cat’s punches easily. However, Cartoon Cat did not die in the end, because it was not enough for his healing factor as an all powerful cartoonish entity. In the end, Cartoon Man won the battle, but not the war ;)
