Our results come directly from our Self-image. If we change our self-image the results come without us even trying.
Habits are what get us results, but those habits come when we decide what our self-image will be.
You do so many things daily without even realizing it. Those are your habits and for good or bad they’ve gotten you where you are.
You don’t think about them, you have programmed yourself to do them.
So, to get a different result you have to destroy your old self-image and replace it with a new one.
Bodybuilders don’t find it difficult to go to the gym every day and eat clean, Elon Musk enjoys working on 17 things all the time, my cat is fine with eating seven times a day, and so on.

Big goals force us to change, there is no other way. Visualizing achieving this goal, and taking small steps towards it every day is what helps us leave our old ways of living.
