Layer 3 = Router
Layer 2 = Switch
Layer 1 = Cables, Hubs, Repeaters
Also the terms for the data at each level are discussed:
Layer 4 = Segments of data
Layer 3 = Packets of data
Layer 2 = Frames of data
Layer 1 = Bits of data
