Recipe from my 60 year old grandmother! I no longer pay for dessert. Quick, easy and very tasty.
Contents Used
for dough:
2 eggs.
1 tablespoon (20 grams) of granulated sugar.
1 teaspoon (5 grams) of baking soda.
1/2 teaspoon of salt (2 grams).
milk (200 ml).
melted butter (150 grams).
4.5 cups of flour (540 grams).
For the syrup:
1.5 glasses of water (300 ml).
2 cups of granulated sugar (350 grams).
1 slice of lemon.
2 tablespoons of honey (50 grams).
For the filling:
1 bowl of walnuts.
To open the dough:
Corn starch.
Oil for the surface:
melted butter (100 grams).
1 small glass of vegetable oil (90 ml).
For the surface:
green pistachio.
Cooking time: 35 - 40 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
