Pa. Democrats highlight need to cut red tape on grants for municipalities
Representatives from the Pennsylvania House Majority Policy Committee convened in Nanty Glo Monday to hear from municipal leaders about the struggles of securing grant money to help fund necessary projects in their communities such as road and bridge repairs, fire apparatus replacement and playground maintenance.
