There's a lot more to being a programmer than programming languages and code. One of the biggest things I've learned in my career is that persistence & grit are incredibly important and stand in the way of a lot of people becoming programmers.

In this video, I go through some of my own experiences and explain why I think being persistent and willing to make mistakes is so important to becoming the best programmer you can be.
