Chaosbane Blessing issue

For some reason I'm not able to use the 62 blessing tokens I have to make a proper blessing. I have no idea why that is. They show up in character screen but list them as 0 when actually blessing an item. The other gems work just fine.

SOLVED: "Hello, you have 62 God gem of Sigmar (which are for Vollen), the one for Elessa is the fourth on the list, which is zero on your video. Each character can loot only god gem from their own god. The best way to loot god gem is to farm the boss in boss rush mode with the right character"
