Middlemen and inefficiency
For all these years of experience, I've started to dislike middlemen because in most cases they cause even more inefficiency and disorder to the project or to relationship between clients and service provider.
There are arguments for sure where a middleman is needed, people have to be managed and that's ok, but anyone, including middlemen, have to do their jobs in order to be paid.
Not just to be paid for their existence, for their title.
