Xiaomi release Stock official HyperOS Android 13 for Redmi note 11 (spes).
in case if your device not getting OTA update then you can follow these steps showing in the video to get the update of Stock Official HyperOS for Redmi Note 11 Android 13.

Do not downgrade to miui 14 by this method, if you did then your device will totally bricked.

Data will not loss by following this procedure but still i will suggest to keep on safe side, save all data on the internal storage.

There is no need to have unlock bootloader, this procedure can be done on lock and an unlock bootloader.
