This is download files on mac using curl which is like How do you run wget on mac since wget isn't a native command on a Mac. The osx command line is very similar to the linux command line as osx is derived from BSD/UNIX so there are a lot of similarities. We will be using the curl command in this curl tutorial. In osx you don't have ot install curl as it's natively available. if you try running wget from a mac you will get a command not found error. This is a beginning to learning curl basics and linux commands that can work on both platforms.
