Here’s a video that demonstrates how to update the firmware of the RCD 330/340/360 infotainment systems for the VW/Skoda/Seat cars.

It’s a fairly simple and straightforward process but it is important to download the right update file for the right system as there are different OEMs for this system and the firmware updates are different.
