Various shots in the city of Chicago after severe snow. Cars move slowly along the streets and pedestrians try to walk on icy pavements during a blizzard. Several shots of people sliding about on the snow and walking against the wind. A man's hat is whipped off his head by a sudden gust; others waggle about, trying to keep their balance as they hurry along. It looks quite funny!
