In this video we are joined by Gareth Pronovost, an Airtable Consultant, who walks through the steps of organizing an Airtable database (called ‘base’) to track Contacts and Interactions with them. In this high-level use case, you can easily customize this setup to match your own specific needs.

For contacts, we add simple data points like ‘email’ and ‘phone number’ - but perhaps the most important field is the ‘Most Recent Interaction’ field, where Airtable automatically tells us when the last time we interacted with each contact in our database. Of course, this is incredibly useful when working with clients as it helps you stay on track with your projects.
