Employer is asking for money upon resignation ???
The Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (“MOHRE”) has announced the new UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) (“New Law”), which came into effect as of 2 February 2022. Everyone working in UAE who is in the limited or unlimited contract as per the previous law may be dealt with under this new law.
