AMERICA'S DARK SIDE, Homelessness is Rampant. Homeless street life in America.
Most people will see the United States as a developed, luxurious, and clean country. But in fact, not all regions of the United States are like that. Many Americans actually become homeless. In some areas, many homeless people live in tents by the roadside. This makes the city look shabby. The irony is that homeless people don't have tents, they just sleep on the side of the road.
There are a lot of homeless people there. According to the National Alliance to End Homelessness report, the number of homeless people reached more than 560000 in 2019. Their presence is almost evenly distributed in all states such as California, New York, Florida, Ohio and others.
So why are there so many homeless people in the United States? There are several reasons for the large number of homeless people in the United States. The main factor is the economic factor and the high cost of living. Poverty and high living costs in the United States result in them being unable to rent or buy a home. They have no other choice but to be homeless.
Not only economic factors, social factors are also the cause of many homeless people in the United States, for example dependence on illegal drugs. As in the Kensington Avenue area, Philadelphia, many drug users live on the streets.
Such is the dark side of the United States, the problem of homelessness that has not been fully resolved.
