24 March the state of emergency was be enacted in Lviv. A few days later became national.
March 16 Lviv shuts down everything except grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, gas stations, emergency dental. People are strongly not recommended to use public transport. Midnight March 16 - April 24 Ukrainian boarders to be closed for foreigners. Beginning from midnight of March 16, foreigners will not be allowed to enter the territory of Ukraine by train, car or plane or in any other way. Except foreigners who have residence (temporary or permanent) who will be allowed to enter. Such as people on diplomatic missions or reps of official international organizations (like UN, UNICEF, etc).
Regular air traffic is closed. All Ukrainian citizens on charter flights or tourist groups will return home. Those who will not be able to return for objective reasons, are being sent back to Ukraine by non-scheduled flights.
Railway suspended all domestic passenger transport. Also, regular and non-regular bus travels by autobus transport between cities is banned (private automobiles excluded).

MEDICAL HELP FOR FOREIGNERS:
In general, there are several options for a foreigner to get medical care in Ukraine. Private medical clinics (please contact me for more information), local polyclinic if he/she has posvidka or Lviv Regional Medical Center if he/she is a tourist. For reimbursement, please check with your insurance company.
However, all patients that have the symptoms of corona virus are handled by the Lviv Regional Infectious Diseases Clinical Hospital (Pekarska Str. 54). Other private clinics or public hospitals do not have the jurisdiction to accept patients with corona virus symptoms.
Government claims that it is fully prepared to handle the outbreak.

According to the WHO, signs of infection include fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties.
