gRPC is a robust open-source RPC (Remote Procedure Call) framework used to build scalable and fast APIs. This framework relies on HTTP/2, protocol buffers, and other modern technology stacks to ensure maximum API security, performance, and scalability.
Developed by Google and released to the community in 2016, it has gained popularity over the years for its performance, structured format and security.
In this video, I briefly talk about gRPC and its benefits. Also, we will implement a gRPC service and see how to set it up on Azure App Service.
