Welcome to the December Challenge! Get ready to transform your mindset, build gratitude, and push yourself physically with the Gratitude Mile!

For all the days left in December, we challenge you to complete a one-mile ruck, walk, or run each day—rain, snow, or shine. Whether you're at home, at work, or in the great outdoors, this challenge is all about getting out there and focusing on the positives in your life.

Here's the rules...
1. Complete a mile each day—it can be a walk, run, or ruck. We don't care how you do it, just get it done.
2. Gratitude practice: Each day, as you move, take a moment to reflect on something you're thankful for. Post your gratitude in the comments under this video and share with the community.
3. This must be done outdoors. Cold? Hot? We don’t care—gear up and get outside!
4. Leave your phone and earbuds behind. This challenge is all about focusing on the present and cultivating gratitude without distractions.

By the end of the month, you'll have a list of things you're grateful for—and a renewed mindset heading into 2024. This is the perfect way to cap off the year and set the stage for success!

Whether you're in the middle of a MTNTOUGH program or just starting, the Gratitude Mile can be added to your routine to help finish the year strong.
