Ankylosing Spondylitis - Ghost Sign
The ghost sign is a radiographic presentation of bilateral sacroiliac fusion where the SI joints are not visible. This finding is commonly seen in end stage seronegative spondyloarthropathies such as ankylosing spondylitis.
