MacBook Pro won't boot solved
Early 20011 MacBook Pro wouldn't boot (the grey line would almost get to the end and the machine would shut off) After trying all the easy fixes, safe mode, recovery mode/disc utility, single user etc. still no luck, disc utility said hard drive was bad and to transfer your data. Searched the internet and found this solution. Plug in an external hard drive and install new operating system on it and transfer your data to the new drive.
