Short video from wireless led controller with two different colored LED-strips. List of required components (extremely cheap).

Connect LED-strip positive terminals to VCC e.g. 12 or 24V and negative terminals to Power Transistor collector pins.

You could also put small driver transistors before power transistors to reduce load on processor pins.
