To insert a textbox in a Google Docs file,
1. Open Google Docs in your computer web browser.
2. Create a new document or open an existing one.
3. Click on the "Insert" menu.
4. From the drop-down, select "Drawing" and then click "New."
5. In the Drawing dialog, click on the "Text box" icon.
6. Click and drag in the drawing area to create the text box.
7. Enter your text in the text box.
8. You can adjust the size of the text box by dragging the corners. You can also customize the text by changing the font family, text size, color, box border, and more from the toolbar at the top.
9. Click the "Save and Close" button.
The text box will now appear in your document.
