First Download the VP9 Video codec

Free Codecs VP9 : https://www.free-codecs.com/vp9_video...
1- Open Powershell as Admin and write : Add-AppxPackage
2- Copy The path where the appx file is located : For example C:\Users\PCName\Desktop\Appx Package
3- Copy your APPX File Name With Extension and then press Enter
