How to Disable Startup items in Windows Server 2012 R2
How to disable startup items/programs in Windows Server and all other editions. Simply goto the Start Menu, click search/type " shell:Startup " (without quotes) and delete all items you wish to disable for starting with the PC. you can also add items here to make them start. Always backup important startup items, just in case!
