EPIC visit to Poas Volcano crater | Our first stay at a National Geographic Lodge
Our visit to Poas Volcano in Costa Rica was a great way to learn about volcanic activity and admire one of Costa Rica's most active volcanoes. Unfortunately fog and wind did not allow us to have a perfect view of the Poas volcano crater but we could still appreciate the beautiful azure lagoon though the fog. We stayed at Finca Rosa Blanca Coffee Farm, a National Geographic Lodge of the world and probably our favorite accommodation during our one month in Costa Rica.
